Neutral Territory - Day & Night

As I prepare for our fifth wedding anniversary trip to the desert I am finding myself stocking up on everything neutral, {shocking I know}. I recently picked up this blouse to wear during the day with some sandals and skinny denim. Come our celebratory evening I thought a dress was in order. I love the idea of something that is loose fitting but can have a belt added so you don't look like your wearing a potato sack. All my other outfits will be casual coverups and bathing suits. I cannot wait to get the sun on my skin. Spring is definitely being skipped this year in Boston!

Currently Coveting - Vacation Wear

I don't know about you but once the holidays are over I get antsy for a warm weather trip. While I love that January is a more quite month with less plans and some good down time with my guy, I can't help but start day dreaming of a sunny vacation where a healthy rotation of piña coladas and lounging on a beach are the only things on the schedule. Luckily for us this year we have trip planned to the Caribbean next month with my entire family. I am so excited to celebrate my birthday with my favorite peeps and have started working on my packing wish list which will all be easy breezy beachwear like the looks below.

White on White

Mae West once said "too much of a good thing can be wonderful". This is my exact sentiment when it comes to necklaces, a statement necklace in particular. Come warmer weather I am especially loving them in an all white color palette. I adore the monotone pairing of white on white and always feel like it's a classic look for day or night. A few examples are below.
