Every Spring I hunt for the perfect nude sandal that can be worn with jeans as well as dresses. While I know exactly what I want, I don't know why it has been nearly impossible to find it in stores. I want something with a modest heel as I walk all around the city in heels and cannot be on stilts, something versatile for day and night as well as the right color tan that will go with everything. peek a boo

I consider myself a rather conservative dresser. I love trends but rarely indulge in them and like to keep my wardrobe filled with classic pieces that I hopefully wont hate after one season. This however means my wardrobe can be a tad lackluster and needs a bit of a oomph every now and then. So while I tend to buy more solids then patterns, more black then color; I do adore when a great article of clothing features a unique style that makes an otherwise basic blouse or dress really stand out. This season that detail is the "peek a boo" detail for tops and dresses. I adore how it gives just the right amount of sexiness without being too revealing. Whether the design is showing off your back or decolletage with a key hole, cut out or a slit up the leg, there are many ways to show off just a bit more skin then usual while still keeping it classy.  Check out some of my favorites below.
