Striped

I adore stripes in almost every form {minus these Beetlejuice pants}. While my absolute favorite striped item is the classic top paired with skinny denim and comfy flats, I thought I would try to pick an outfit featuring the horizontal pattern in a different color palette. I usually would stay clear of black and white stripes due to a fear of looking like the hamburglar. However when I saw this jacket in person I quickly fell in love. The thicker rugby stripe along with the zipper details gave this jacket an edge that inspired an entire black and white outfit that follows one of this Springs hottest trends.

Every Spring I hunt for the perfect nude sandal that can be worn with jeans as well as dresses. While I know exactly what I want, I don't know why it has been nearly impossible to find it in stores. I want something with a modest heel as I walk all around the city in heels and cannot be on stilts, something versatile for day and night as well as the right color tan that will go with everything. I recently was gifted the most amazing gold cap toe pumps and I have been dying to wear them and looked to my beloved pinterest for inspiration on how others styled similar shoes. I loved the idea of mixing this luxe looking shoe with everything from a worn in denim to ladylike skirts and dresses.
