I think it's safe to say that Target is one of those places you go in for one thing and leave with twenty plus items. This was definitely the case for me when I went into the store a few weeks ago with the intention to stock up on household items and instead found myself in the festival dress below. I thought it was so cute for a summers night out on the beach that I also purchased it in black. I however felt that the ivory colored one would be better utilized as a blouse so I went to my local tailor and had him hem it for me. I am so happy with the results and this $30 dress is now one of my favorite items in my closet.
