Thirsty Thursday - Spiked Creamsicle

Inspired by this recipe, I thought I would change up this weeks thirsty thursday with a boozy ice pop. Warmer weather finally has graced us with its presence here in Boston and one of my favorite things come summer time is this tasty treat that brings me back to my childhood and going absolutely bat shit crazy when I heard the sweet music of the ice cream man coming down our cul-de-sac. As an adult this treat is only made better when they are spiked! Here's my twist on this old fashioned favorite.

Ingredients

2 oz coconut rum
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together & fill your ice pop molds
Depending on your mold freeze 4-6 hours

Enjoy!
