Lace is one of these items that can be easily dressed up or down. I adore pairing an elegant item like a white lace top with a destroyed denim but keeping the accessories more refined to avoid looking sloppy. A lace skirt will certainly get a lot of mileage in any wardrobe and per usual I like to keep my outfit muted but add tons of gorgeous accessories to make the ensemble stand out.
