Birthday Cake Martini

Looks like another year snuck up on me and unfortunately I am another year older! I am however happily celebrating my birthday today with my husband in my favorite city, NYC. Before I left to join John, I created a little cocktail for myself and luckily it was as delicious as I had hoped it would be. Which allows me to share it with all of you. I didn't get the chance to do this but I thought it would adorable and unique to cube some yellow cake with dots of funfetti icing and skewer a few cubes on a long toothpick on the martini to act as a garnish.
