watermelon-margarita ice pops

I have shared my affinity for ice pops when I featured the fab freezable ring pop with the fun in the kitchen post. I decided to kick it up a notch and actually make something to feature on the blog because let's face it, if I can make it, anyone can. I was recently inspired by a recipe for frozen pops on Pinterest and quickly sneaked out of work to run to BB&B to buy the little baby below to create these frozen treats. Luckily for me I had a stash of 20% off coupons weighing me down in my purse so it was a super affordable purchase {I love a deal}. See below for all the nitty-gritty & enjoy!

MY RECIPE

1 pint chopped seedless watermelon
2 tablespoons of sugar (optional depending on how sweet you want your pops)
1 cup Skinny Girl Margarita

THE PROCESS

puree watermelon in food processor
mix in sugar & margarita
freeze overnight or for 15 minutes in your xpress Popsicle maker

{my lazy woman ingredients}

THE RESULTS

Enjoy!
