This past weekend I celebrated with some of my favorite people a wedding shower for a fabulous bride to be. This shower wasn't your traditional event such as a lady luncheon or high tea but rather a casual Jack & Jill party at her parents beautiful suburban home. While I adore a day out with the ladies it was so fun to have our guys in tow this time around. We sat outside on a perfectly sunny day, drank delicious cocktails out of Mason Jars and enjoyed catered BBQ. Gifts weren't opened but instead left on display for the bride to view, games weren't played but cigars were smoked and lots of laughs were had. It was one of the most fun wedding showers I have ever been to. The entire day inspired me to look into BBQ parties and ideas on how to throw one myself one day {that is when I have outdoor space}. While everything was perfection this past Saturday, I unfortunately didn't take any photos at this shower thanks to the consumption of the ten one too many signature cocktails. Instead I pulled some prettiness from the web to share with all of you. Below is a shopping guide for all your event goodies and of course wardrobe - enjoy!
