Is it me or is there more natural materials like cork and raffia being used EVERYWHERE in the Spring/Summer 2012 bags, shoes and other accessories??? Is it because those are just warm weather materials or is fashion going "green"??? In the past a few companies have ventured out with eco-chic clothing lines and I often felt they designed them for the type of person that would only wear the organic clothing and that live on an ashram. Don't get me wrong, I love a laid back beach look with light fabrics and loose fits but I also like to think that using natural materials can also be more trendy and have a little bit more style to them so I don't look like I am wearing a bed sheet...till then I think I will keep my eco-chic looks in accessories only! Take a look at the examples below made of natural materials and that are oh so stylish for this Spring/Summer season!
