I always find it hard to travel outside of the northeast during the summer. We have such a short season of good weather {thanks a lot mother nature} that I rather stay put and enjoy where we live. However when I come across special spots such as Babington House in England, I get a severe case of wanderlust. This beautiful historic manor home was converted to a chic luxury hotel by the private member group - Soho House and is set upon rolling hills of the English countryside. This boutique hotel offers only thirty-two rooms sprawling out amongst the estate. There is an incredible two bedroom cabin on a lake fitted with the most darling decor and amenities, a few true english style designed bedrooms in the main house, spa rooms, stable blocks, and a three bedroom cottage for larger parties. Reviews have said the service is what sets this place apart from others and that the vibe is simply do as you like....yes please! There are indoor & outdoor pools, a killer spa, hiking, biking, horseback riding, clay shooting and so much more - oh and it's pet friendly so you know the people who work there are totally awesome. Just take a look at this amazing resort for yourself and tell me you don't want to go pack your bags and hop on a plane to this pampering escape!
How amazing is this cozy bar in the main house? I am dying over all the color used in here without feeling too smothering. I just adore emerald & aqua together.
Quite possibly the cutest place for a pedicure.
Oh did I mention you can married in this old chapel there - amazing.
The darling cabin on the lake.
The interior of the lake house.
The Orangery is the main dining room for on site meals.
Some of the chic guest rooms.
How adorable are these bunks for the little people in our lives? Did I mention they also have a camp and high tech loft called Teeny House for kids? I die.
