Thirsty Thursday - Spiked Root Beer Float

My husband is quite the root beer enthusiast so I thought I would take tackle a recipe that would turn  the traditional root beer float into a dessert cocktail. I used what I had in the house but I heard from a friend that there is actual root beer vodka and whipped vodka that works well in this recipe too.
