paris??? moi??? oui!!!

So today's original three part "shoe" posting got kicked to the curb because last night my husband gave me the most wonderful early birthday present that I just couldn't resist to share. I went into his office ranting about some tedious people and things that have been putting me in a sour mood all week and he couldn't help but blurt out the plans that he just made earlier in the day about a long weekend in Paris on my birthday next month! I was sooooooooooo surprised by these amazing plans and screamed then jumped out of chair to smother him with hugs and kisses (I know I know - TMI). I can't believe that I am lucky enough to have a husband who is utterly swamped with work and has zero free time but still is taking me away on such an romantic trip. I seriously feel like the luckiest girl in the world! I immediately started dreaming up what I needed to pack for the trip and thought to myself I need to re-watch all the Paris SATC episodes pronto! I just loved everything that Carrie wore in those episodes. It will be a lot more of boiled chicken and egg whites till mid February so I can indulge on brie, baguettes and bubbly while we are in France :)
